Hungry for your Sisig Comfort food? Or maybe flavored-filled burritos? This Mexican-Filipino food is taking California on a whole new ride! Señor Sisig made the best of both worlds! They are known for their combination of Sisig Tacos and Burritos.
Most Filipino-American Restaurants were very prideful in sticking to Traditional Filipino dishes in order to preserve their culture and did not want to adapt to the “American Taste”. It is good for some, however it does not appeal very much to non-Filipino people. That is where they saw the opportunity to change the next generation of Filipino restaurants that are about to come. A familiar food that is fused with Filipino food is unique and not like the others. And sure enough, the restaurant became popular all over the state.
